I am working on a customer design and it require
the FPGA to be loaded 99% slices, 65% DSP and BRAM. Vivado tells me
that the power emitted by the design is ~9W. When the FPGA is loaded
with this design PC720 - 410T the temperature goes out of control.

What can we do to cool the chip?
