4DSP Products Technical support

Hi,

I am trying to extract the 198_ml605_fmc116.4ff file with StellarIP but I keep getting an error message stating that "7-Zip seems not to be installed in the 4DSP common directory" (see the attached image). I have 7-Zip installed on my system and the 7-Zip installation was added to PATH variable. Apparently StellarIP is searching for 7-Zip at predefined location, could you please provide more info on where to copy the 7-Zip files?

I resolved this issue by reinstalling some additional components from the software installer immediately after posting the question on this forum (an example of Murphy's law in action).
