I am not able to bring the stellar ip lib in the left side of the GUI.I think I need some example to get it familiar.

Dear Sir,
These steps are well covered by both the 4FM Getting Started Guide manual and the help in StellarIP. Try to press F1 key when you are in StellarIP.
Getting started > Firmware creation > 1.2
Also, try to be more descriptive with what does not work, which steps you have taken and where does it fail because without this information I simply cannot help you out efficiently and the quality of technical support will decrease because of that.
